USA: Los Angeles*, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, Washington DC, New Orleans, Chicago, Walt Disney World (Orlando, FL), Washington DC, Chesapeake Bay
Italy: Milan* & the lake region: Lago Maggiore, Lago d’Orta, Lago d’Iseo, Lago di Garda; Verona, Rome*, Venice, Florence, and of course Sardinia 
Switzerland: all around Zurich, Scuol* (on the Engadine Alps) and Graubünden in general, Berne*, Lucerne*, Geneva* and the area around the Geneva lake.
UK: London, Edinburgh, Stonehenge… and more that doesn’t come to mind, I’m sure
Ireland
Spain: Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga
Copenhagen, Denmark*
France: Paris, Cote D’Azur/Provence, Montpellier
Lisbon, Portugal
Greece: Athens and Santorini

We share about the same bucket list!
It’s been about 30 years, but when we were living in southern Germany, we went to Istanbul around Easter – I think. Anyhow, the great thing was being able to eat my way through the city. The food was good at every little restaurant. We’d go to the market and get 1/2 kilo of ripe cherries and 1/2 kilo of pastaios (sp?) for next to nothing. The weather was warm, but not hot. Loved it.
Another great Spring trip was Lisbon down to the Algave coast with storks nesting in every chimney and the smell of orange blossoms on every street.
Looks like your blog is doing great. For some reason I took a year sabbatical, but I’m back.

Hawaii was on my travel bucket list too. Some weeks ago I could visit this wonderful place. It is a real dream. While reading in your blog I found that you want to travel there too. Don’t forget to set it on your list!!!
