Even if you don’t use snail mail, you’ll want to make these gorgeous envelopes after seeing this great tutorial! I am more or less utterly craft-impaired, but they are too lovely to pass up.

Need ideas and inspiration for your gift-wrapping sessions? This might help, and this, too.

Or maybe wrapping is the least of your problems, because you still haven’t finished your Holiday shopping. How about saving some money and making someone feel extra-special by making something just for them? The Craft Pack has tons of great ideas.

Gosh, how I love No Doubt. (Photo by hazyskyline)

A clever repartee can come in handy (for more than breakups): for instance, you might create a hilarious caption for a silly photo and win some travel vouchers… for when the next attack of travel fever comes up! Go to http://www.holidayhypermarket.co.uk/dollslife/ and let that smart mouth of yours run wild.

Even little nomad souls like myself can turn into homebodies sometimes… especially when it’s as cold and snowy as it is here right now, and I can stay home and drink hot tea and bake these with the girls.

And for all the chocoholic out there… you know sometimes you need a quick fix. It doesn’t get any quicker (nor more chocolatey!) than this.

Wishing I still lived in the US, so I could order this chair immediately.

The best tutorial to the all-time fabulous top bun.

Gorgeous bouquet + hurricane vase = stunning centerpiece!

The super-affordable statement necklace that’s taking the blogosphere by storm.

Ear worms aren’t always annoying – like when the song you can get out of your head is this one.

How much do you love this Moroccan-inspired patio decor?

Check out these shots of grooms when they first see their brides, and get ready to go “Awwww!”

I am totally craft-impaired, but I might just try these lace crowns anyway – Stella would love them!

March 29, 2012 cool finds

I was just talking about getting some colorful shoes for spring, wasn’t I? And I have been desperately searching for a pair of flats that might work as backup for my poor overworked grey Revas, but the shades the Tory Burch are available in were just not doing it for me. So I have been [...]
