You would go nuts for my mother. She has a tea party every 3 months. They are themed, and my mother is an impeccable perfectionist with amazing style and taste and ability to decorate. I played Alice in Alice in Wonderland in High School — so there has always been an Alice obsession in these parts. We were all Alice characters for Halloween (hubby and me were Tweedles) and those un-birthday parties you mention? Yeah, doing that sort of stuff is pretty much why I had kids in the first place.

I think I would have to wait for a tea party although maybe not for the clothes. I bought my two year old a play tea set and she broke all the cups, so I will not let her near my vintage tea sets that I collect.
