Ahhhh, we've taken many a road trip to Boston too. Dh and I honeymooned on Cape Cod and have vacationed with folks/inlaws several times. Haven't been in a couple of years and totally miss it, now. The water is so calm (compared to the rough Jersey shore) and the smell of the salty air and cranberry bogs...mmmm...they really should bottle that stuff. My kids always slept very well on the Cape. Me, too. Thanks for the trip :)

Elisa, I'm so glad you had such a great time! Imagine Stella goes to Harvard? Then you can take another picture in front of those stairs! How cute would that be, huh? ;) I have only been to Boston once, but for sure I'd go again - I loved it! I was too young to fully appricate Newbury Street, though. That is reason number 1 why I have to go back! ;) And I went to Cape Cod when I was 9. I'm happy as long as a beach is involved! But seriously, good for you for surviving a 6 hour care ride with kids!

Sounds like an amazing trip! We get to go to Boston next summer for a wedding. I've never been. Now I'm even more excited! Glad you had a good time, despite the traffic. :)
